The board consists of two parts and may accept different types of LDMOS transistors: BLF188XR. The board is double sided FR4 with 50 um copper layers. All components are installed except the LDMOS device. You must use your own.

A temperature regulated bias circuit and a high power low loss wide band transmission line type transformer are provided. Size output part 70 x 60 mm.

Size input part 25x70 mm. Idq: depends of LDMOS used according to datasheet.
