PA10-300W power amplifier 10W in, 300W out 1.8-54 MHz without transistors. This device is made for use with low power SDR radios , like ANAN-10, FLEX-1500 or QRP HF transceivers. With 3 to 4 W input power from SDR it runs solid 300W to your antenna. Max power 450W is limited by output transmission lines type transformer ratio. The amplifier's output is not filtered by LPF , so do not forget to add it. This amplifier may be used with any QRP HF transceivers like FT-817 or IC-703. This amplifier may be used with variety of transistors: SD2933, VRF2933, SD2943. Use matched pair for best perfomance.
