1.2 KW BLF188XR HF power amplifier 1.8-50MHz SSB CW. The amplifier consists of two boards, input and output with LDMOS BLF188XR transistor included and soldered to copper plate for best thermal perfomance. The board is double sided FR4 with 50 um (1.5 oz) copper thickness. The amplifier is mounted on a copper plate 150x100x10 mm. A temperature regulated bias circuit and a high power low loss wide band transmission line type transformers are used in this device.

Quiescent current is set for 1.5A. Power input 2-3W Power output 1200W Drain voltage +50VDC. +15VDC Drain current 32A max Size 150x100x50 mm.
