The Transistor Will be Soldered, and Tested Before we send it. Designed for 2m 144Mhz radio transmitters, this amplifier uses a single MRF 1K25 Type push-pull transistor to produce 800 to 1000 watts!! Frequency = 140 - 150 MHz. Impedance Input/Output = 50 ohms. Power Input = 3.5W.

Power Gain = 22dB gain. Low distortion Class B push-pull.

Small size: only 123cm x 60cm. Power requirements 25.5 to 27 ADC 1000W out.
