Ultra - Linear (Class AB) RF Power Amplifier Module. With Harmonic rejection filter - comes with its own machined clear enclosure. Small size 105 x 65 mm.

It needs a small heatsink under the enclosure for continuous operation, or a chassis panel. No need for large heatsinks!

Overtemp protection in the bias circuit shuts down the amp when hot >50 C. Enable input: 0V for Disable, 1V.... Frequency Range: 2400 - 2500 MHZ. RF input: 26...27 dBm. RF output: 44.77 dBm (30 W) - P1dB. DC Power: +28 V DC (1.38A)... Works with lower gain from +24VDC (1.26A).
